Dr Bryan Calvo was born in Santa Clara, Cuba and came to United States in 1996, establishing with his parents in Miami, FL. He finished his Bachelor in Biological Sciences from FIorida International University (B.S) in 2001 and received his Doctor in Podiatric Medicine (D.P.M) degree from Barry University in 2007 as well as a Masters in Biological Science.

He was accepted for a 3 year Surgical Residency Program at South Miami Hospital where he received his diploma in 2010.

During this period he was exposed to a  wide variety of foot and ankle pathology, with particular emphasis in forefoot and rearfoot surgery, diabetic limb salvage and wound care. He is currently board qualified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery in Forefoot and Rearfoot reconstructive surgery, and currently working on his certification.

He started practicing in July 2010 and opened his own practice in May 2014, Galloway Foot and Ankle Center.

Dr Calvo enjoys sporting activities which include baseball, basketball, football and soccer as well as spending time with his 3 children.

Currently he has staff privileges at South Miami Hospital, Medical Arts Surgical Center, Baptist Hospital, West Kendall Baptist Hospital, Surgical Park Center, South Florida Surgery Center and Westchester Hospital.
